Return Policy

All sales are final except in the case of defective merchandise. Customers are encouraged to contact us by telephone at 877-558-94447 or email us at orders.getfreshwhip@gmail.com to discuss any concerns.    


Manufacturer Defects


Gourmet Products Inc. will issue a full refund, including shipping costs, for any products containing manufacturer defects. You may expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your credit card or bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).


Shipping

We can ship our products to any state within the continental United States through UPS Ground.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you that can be found on the shipping quotes page.  Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the packages are shipped.  Shipping rates are based on actual UPS standard shipping rates.

Please note that all N2Ochargers MUST be shipped ground.
